Returns & exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition.

Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted within 6 hours of purchase. Buyer is responsible for making cancellation requests within this timeframe.

Studio review

Custom mural requests are reviewed directly with the studio before production so size, tile count, artwork, timing, and shipping expectations are clear.
